Lockington Hall.

Lockington Hall is a 17th century Grade 2 Listed Building which now provides great office space for a number of different environmental businesses in a setting of landscaped gardens. Our client had created a small IT Room which despite it’s ground floor location, high ceiling and heavy masonry walls was beginning to over-heat as more equipment was installed. Hanging air conditioning units on an outside wall, even ’round the back’ wasn’t an option. Previously we had hidden equipment out of sight in the roof but to do so for this application would have entailed a very long and intrusive piping installation.
